Pros

Full insurance benefits for yourself at 12 months and for all family members at 18 months.

Cons

Every muscle in your body hurts. It's definitely a young mans job. Pay is not great at all. 3+ years before you can become a driver. Drivers work from sun up to sun down mon-fri.

Pros

The pay is okay. People are friendly where I work. The opportunities are many. People are helpful. It's a union job. Health benefits are awesome.

Cons

The work load is enormous at the facility I work. I have to wake up at 3:30am to work at 4:05am. Sometimes it's a little too much to handle, a lot of packages come down the belt all at the same time. Many of the managers have preferences towards employees and some of the sucky employees get to stay and work there because they're protected by the union. My facility makes it a battle of teamsters against management.
