Pros

-Great for an entry-level seasonal position, compensation was $12.88/hr. -My dispatcher and assigned driver were a pleasure to work with. -Work is simple yet involved, provides great exercise! Involves: Lifting packages up to 70 lbs unassisted, constant walking, organizing packages in back of truck, logging upcoming and delivered packages in the DIAD board, and keeping a friendly demeanor!

Cons

-Most helpers will not have a solid schedule or permanent driver. -Management can seem out of touch with the guys out on the road. -No guarantee to stay with company after seasonal work, if you're persistent apply for package handling positions and you should get preference. -Work is unsuited for the lazy or extremely unfit, you're moving and using your arms & legs at a constant basis. Even athletic individuals will be sore into their first week.

Pros

Health benefits and that's about it

Cons

They don't care about their employees. Will manipulate and brainwash you! Always tell you what you want to hear but will NEVER follow through. You are forced to donate money to organizations you may not even approve of. Company only looks good from the outside!
