The pay and benefits are decent and even as part time you get benefits which is very rare.

Cons

Management doesn't really care about the well being of employees, does not matter how fast you work it should always be faster, management has unrealistic expectations sometimes, monotonous work that will be replaced by robots and would have already if it was not unionized, takes a toll on your body, especially in AZ where I am with the heat, every year people there people that get sick of in the hospital because they didn't listen to their body and usually didn't drink enough water.
