Great teammates. Education and training opportunities (may be forced).

Cons

No work life balance. Toxic Management and no clear path to promotion. Management shows favoritism. No 401k Match. Horrible raises, in some cases, none at all.

Pros

The mission gets me out of bed every morning - I actually care about what we're doing here. The place is packed with cool science and engineering from all different disciplines. No two days are the same. I'm constantly solving hard problems - I enjoy the challenge and appreciate the growth. Most people are really great to work with.

Cons

We've been waiting for a new reg approval for a long time, which can be frustrating and fatiguing. Sometimes there is so much going on I have to prioritize ruthlessly and put in extra hours (but like I said in the pros, I ultimately don't mind - the mission and work are worth the effort).
