Some cool projects but they usual are cut short because of management decisions that are poorly communicated to the people working on those projects

Cons

The senior management team members leave/are fired/are changed a lot and also make dramatic changes to the company goals often.

If you are passionate about this industry growing, please please please, do not come here. Try your best to find any other company to work and grow with. You will be subjected to the most severe unprofessionalism, low integrity, extreme politics unlike anything I’ve ever seen, low character, incompetent, scientifically inept, upper management you will ever experience. And there’s nothing to be learned from it other than signs on what to avoid in your future employers. Your skills, your time, and your life are more valuable than spending it working on nothing for this “ceo” with a fake back story.
