Cons

Senior leadership team are bullies and secretive. They almost seem to relish anxiety they cause Long time employees don’t do very much work and rally against younger employees. Want to be in all the videos and press but don’t show up for the real work. Titles don’t make any sense, don’t know who we are reporting too- everyone assigned to cell culture despite being hired elsewhere. Hiring people who don’t have any relevant experience outside of “I like animals”

no support or compliance from c suite, senior employees, long time employees. A culture of secrets and half-truths. recruitment is built around misleading people then trapping them. Promotions are going to dangerous individuals.

team members - they're awesome!

Cons

leadership makes terrible business decisions and they don't care about their employees at all - they just want them to shut up and do more for less and suck it up. they won't give raises and don't want to promote people but lay off a lot of people so they expect everyone else to do more work without being compensated for it. so no growth opportunities either. benefits are probably a bit below average and they kept removing more and more ever year.
