      Company that transforms your life and creates bonds for that will last a lifetime. Nothing but full commitment and transparency is required for you to be hired and maintain a spot on the team.

      Cons

      High standard of excellence, no short cuts, no lying tolerated, honesty and lifting others up are most valued traits. Sales and individual performance often placed below being a good teammate.

      Great community and team to work for. Awesome vibe throughout the facility and you get to work with highly knowledgeable people who want you to succeed with them

      Pros

      Teaching golf indoors is amazing. I love my team and the work environment. They focus on my individual growth. I feel like I get better at my job each day because of the management team. I come to work inspired and it has positively impacted my entire life for me and my family. I am married and three kids. The management team has worked with my schedule and has even helped pay for my commute! They truly care about me, my family and my growth.

      Cons

      Easy to be passionate about work and sometimes hard to turn off when away from work.
