UGP is an amazing environment where professionals from all corners of Golf and Fitness performance work together to enhance client development. Before I joined UGP, I had already been in the Golf Industry for 15 years and my career was fairly one-sided, focused on club-fitting and club-building. Although I considered myself to be a solid fitter and builder, I’m now a much more complete professional in my field due to learning from the experiences and skills of the coaches, trainers, and recovery specialists here at UGP. Incorporating this the new knowledge has enhanced our fitting process to be a more unique experience for our clients. This is truly an environment where each department works together to improve the client experience and ensure better enjoyment of playing golf.

The team culture is supportive and everyone goes above and beyond to help each team member both personally and professionally. The team genuinely cares about one another and we push each other to succeed.
