      Pros

      I was at UGP as a female trainer for about a year and I grew more personally and professionally than I ever have in my career. The staff is friendly and supportive, and everyone pushes each other to achieve success. There is a huge opportunity for taking on additional responsibilities and moving up since the company is expanding quickly. The facilities are amazing, and the clients I worked with are great. I also felt the management truly cared about me as a person.

      Cons

      It is a very demanding environment with high standards. If you don’t have the drive and a passion for golf, it’s not the place for you.

      Pros

      UGP is a growing business with plenty of opportunities. It is the equivalent of working for a startup. For individuals who are motivated there is a lot of room for growth. Personally, I started UGP with the intention of moving on after a year or so. After working here for about 6 months I fell in love with the culture and atmosphere. Getting to work within a team on a daily basis is a great feeling. Not to mention all the other benefits like healthcare, free merchandise, access to events, etc. The job, like any startup, can be demanding at times. UGP plans to have locations nationwide in the future so exciting being apart of it at the start.

      Cons

      The job can feel difficult at times due to our startup culture. We work with high-level clients so our standards have to be high. For individuals that are not familiar with those expectations, it can feel demanding.

      Pros

      Friendly hardworking staff! Clients are some of the best people around (always kind and pleasant). Facilities are world-class and the technology used is the best in the industry. UGP also has amazing amenities and bathroom areas so clients can get freshened up before returning back to the office. All and all their is no better place in the world to work on your golf game then at UGP.

      Cons

      The customer service levels are world-class and because of this the job can be highly demanding at times but it has pushed me to be the best person I can be!
