Friendly hardworking staff! Clients are some of the best people around (always kind and pleasant). Facilities are world-class and the technology used is the best in the industry. UGP also has amazing amenities and bathroom areas so clients can get freshened up before returning back to the office. All and all their is no better place in the world to work on your golf game then at UGP.

Cons

The customer service levels are world-class and because of this the job can be highly demanding at times but it has pushed me to be the best person I can be!

You know you've found your dream job when working long hours doesn't faze you and there isn't a day that goes by when you don't think about your job (in a good way of course). I'm honored to be a part of Team UGP and be able to work in an environment that cultivates growth by pushing me to overcome my fears while strengthening both my technical and soft skills. Seeing how dedicated and committed the leadership team is also further motivates me to bring my best day in and day out. We're all here to excel and help each other excel and it shows. Regardless of what your title is, you know you're valued and that you have support from your fellow team members and leadership.

Cons

The team culture is a big part of UGP, and how that culture is manifested isn't for everyone. It can feel like a frat at times, but if you're thick skinned and able to not take things personally, you'll thrive here.
