Compensation. Good IT platform for internal company issues. Large scale and therefore many opportunities. Rapid growth across country leading to diverse opportunities.
Cons
There is a company wide lack of integrity. Believe nothing until it comes to fruition. Very top heavy. Many leaders, presidents, vps, seems a new position added weekly. While comp overall is decent, physician hours are decreasing while APPs increasing. Dangerous practice environment with a complete metric driven culture. Multiple different “side deals”. For example one “legacy” group has one set of requirements and others are vastly different. CEO has multiple conflicts of interest but will deny it till his last breath. Empty promises by leadership. You just don’t know what to believe. Outrageous stipends for leadership. They can spin their mission and vision however they want. The dollar drives their decisions. We’re all owners but aside from having some stock, that means nothing. Stock is like Monopoly money. There’s no plan or even expectation to sell stock value when employee leaves. Providers are nervous, not happy, stressed, and have no trust in leadership.
