Slave labor. Feel like a sweat shop just to fatten leadership pockets. They promise certain things such as CME, growth opportunity, and “practicing at the top of your license” but never deliver a single dime more. In fact night stipends have been cut. Annual bonuses cut. Simple $20 birthday gift cards cut. They donated our bonus monies to the Red Cross, so they say. Initially they asked for volunteers, when no one did, the ceo Dominic took it upon himself to donate our alleged earned money. Greed is evident.

It's truly corporate medicine. It's all about running as lean as possible with no care about the individual provider. The physician group that sold out (merged) to US Acute Care Solutions is a shell of it's former self. Morale has plummeted. People have left the company in droves. Unfortunately it has now become the major ED group employer in the city. There are fewer options than to work for the evil empire.
