As grown fast. Still balancing engagement approach for physician owners. But leadership is open and actively trying to get the owners appropriately involved in strategy decisions

All full-time physicians get granted equity ownership on the same timeline. Meaning everyone has skin in the game and works together to make the company a better place to work and to provide better care for patients. Also the benefits are incredible and really provide everyone career protection and financial protection. Ex. 100% Paid Parental Leave and 10% company-funded 401k are unbeatable!

Wish I could have joined them earlier in my career!
