By far the best option out there as the landscape of medicine is changing rapidly and drastically. Physician owned. They really do put the provider experience as high as is feasible in this crazy era of ruthless competition, regulation and corporate involvement.
Cons
Not enough diversity in powerful positions leads to echo-chamber decision making.
