USAP is very "pro-CRNA". Broad scope of practice privledges. Awesome working relationship between MDAs and CRNAs. Great benefits.

The work was easy. The upgraded system was much needed.

Cons

Management is a joke. Conflicts of interest and favoritism is vivid and relentless. HR will not follow up on your complaints against management . You will be ignored when filing a complaint internally.
