      Pros

      This is an interesting place to work. Obviously the job is what you make it and with many GOV agencies there is little communication between the ranks which makes for an entertaining work environment.

      Cons

      Communicate more, bureaucracy less please..... Our current re-alignment is a classic example of too many people with too many plans not letting everyone know what is going on. There have been many changes that were only known to the creator and have blind-sided even our SESs.
