Disrespectful, Discriminating, "Family" Culture of Old School HR

that I am no longer surrounded by disrespectful people on the HR team that have zero leadership skills or HR best practices. I think they received their degrees from 1912

Cons

Stay far away..... they have no idea how to run a company, HR lacks professionalism - it was like working in a time machine back to 1984... all in person meetings, all travel to "be together" as "family" no work life balance or responsibility to company money or its people
