Not working here is the pro or managing to make it to retirement

Cons

Management, coworkers, inconsistencies, the lies, harassment, bullying, times work are often times adjusted if you’re not one of their favorites, A LOT of favoritism. It’s very apparent that they’ll hire anyone who needs a job. They whole entry level jobs to a hiring standard than those who are in management. There is no work/life balance even when you do become a career employee. I’ve been working for them for 6 years in many different crafts, and I can tell you the postal service continues to decline more and more. I used to wear the uniform with pride before it became hateful. BEWARE!!!!
