The training sucks, they are supposed to give you 3 days of on the job training but expect to be on your own your first or second day. The time limits are ridiculous especially when you're a new Cca and you're still learning the area. The job itself isn't hard but when you're new its going to take a while to get used to .they expect you to be fast your first week which is unrealistic and ridiculous. The threat of getting fired is nerve wrecking and very stressful.

-From the atmosphere of the station to the type of work being done, this is not a mentally stimulating job or place of work. -required to work 6 days a week (7 days/week during Christmas peak season) for 9 to 12+ hours a day and rarely, if ever, offered a 2nd day off in one week. -workplace practices vary widely from station to station. As a CCA, we're often required to work at different stations from day to day and when practices vary so much, it creates confusion. -poor communication from multiple levels of management regarding leave requests, uniform allotment and ordering, and other opportunities available to employees. -many lazy coworkers who are protected from an attitude adjustment by the union. -HIDEOUS, outdated uniforms. -largely uninspiring leadership who cares more about numbers than the customer or people they're leading.
