Management is in the bed with the Union. Union personal will go as far to help you, only if they can get something in return from management. Some managers act like they can talk to you any way they want and treat you like pure crap.

dogs, cats, racoons, bees, i cant take my lunch or breaks because they put all of this work on me and want me back in record time, have no idea what im doing 60% of the time because i was only trained one day, supervisors(i have 2 that are really cool and enjoy working for and 1 that hates me for some reason, so she tries to make my life hell when the other 2 arent there) i work at an office that services 4 neighborhoods and i carry mail in the ghetto while the females that hired a month after me get to carry mail in pretty uppity neighborhood, im getting chased by transvestite hookers and pitbulls and have old ladies and gangbangers ask me to do drugs with them and people who were hired after me are with nice people, theres no benefits, hours dont suck right now but they will as time goes on, sunday delivery is coming up which is going to suck, there is no opportunities in this company, its pretty much just become a regular(if you can) and thats that, i would only work here if your desperate honestly it is not worth 15 dollars an hour
