Pros

The pay is okay. But not enough to deal with the BS in the Post Office.

Cons

-Management dose not empower the worker to grow and learn. -Lack of respect amongst workers and magment hostile work environment. -lack of respect for customers mail. -Quility of work dose not exist -Work hard more abuse. On time, more abuse. -Want to climb the croprate ladder? Good luck, you better make friends fast in manegment and throw your co-workers under the bus before you get abused. And if your lucky enough you just might get a cookie.

Pros

Decent pay, usually close to full-time hours slow time of the year, sometimes overtime during holidays, wear whatever, although it does take years to make regular...the benefits are WELL worth it

Cons

Hot and heavy work, sometimes mandatory 6 nights a week, management leaves much to be desired, your hours & shift& work location are all subject to change at a moments notice, you have to wait YEARS until you are converted to a REGULAR before you are able to bid for posted positions, Depends on who you know when it comes to management being flexible or needing time off or to slightly alter hours for school or caring for small children

Pros

Great Pay for a part time position Lots of hours

Cons

Summer Work conditions (vehicles do not have air condition) Out dated vehicles needs new tires, brakes, etc. Newbies are required to work off the clock in order familiarize and finish the daily route (Example, I have worked 16 hrs and only paid for 9 hrs) multiple times (Supervisor expressed casing of flyers and marriage mail should be done on your own time) Not enough on the job training (this is needed per you have to learn multiple routes) Supervisors do not know how to speak to employees (they constantly yell, does not listen to your concerns and always waiting to speak/yell) In order to go full time/ regular you must wait for someone to retire or quite
