Pros

wage is good, thats about it...other than that you are used and abused and are basically not allowed to have a life

Cons

you have to start off as a non-career employee with no benefits. and there is no guarantee on when ore if you will make career status. the whole time you are non-career, you have no set schedule, trying to plan any type of vacation is a nightmare, and you are basically treated like garbage. ive been here a little under 8 years and have no benefits, which means 8 years down the drain, no retirement to show for it.

Pros

The pay is decent if you love money... I mean who doesn't?

Cons

As a pse Within your first 90 days (probation) even though you sign up for the union You do not have grievances rights So they will try to violate your rights If you don't follow there rules you can be terminated Also getting converted to a career employee takes forever Some pse take as long as two years to become career
