Pros

Very compensative career. Fellow worker develop a brother/sisterhood.

Cons

Will work you for every ounce of labor they can get out of you. Manage ment is terrible depending on branch. Went through several staff with in 1year time span.

Pros

Decent money. Really nothing else to say.

Cons

Only guaranteed 1 day a week or 1 every other week until you learn more routes. I worked there for 6 years and was part time the whole time. I held a vacant route for 2.5 years and left because it was going up for bid and I was not going to be able to keep it. I was screwed out of 28 days of leave. I loved the actual job but all of the politics and backstabbing is enough to drive someone postal.
