      The place to work when you are interested in management, not delivery

      Pros

      Excellent pay and benefits, great place to work! Opportunities for growth in your career and training.

      Cons

      Company moved to hiring temporaries and part-time employees that were provided very little training. Reduced full time jobs and eliminated them - pushing out long time and well trained employees for those that have little experience. I walked in one small post office and heard the new temp clerk tell a customer she could not ship a small item to France - that they would have to go to a "large" office to do that. WOW!

      Pros

      Good benefits once you clear the probationary period.

      Cons

      Clearing the probationary period can be difficult if the management decides they don't want you. They can make it as easy or as hard on you as they choose. Schedules were inconsistent and unpredictable, even 24 hours in advance.

      Autocratic rule. Does not want impute from employees. Bosses are afraid of their bosses so they lord over you. The better you do on your route they keep on adding to it until you can"t do it anymore. They give extra pivots to do and still want you back by their bogus times and numbers.People are working in the dark, stressed out and getting written up.The trucks are unsafe. Wouldn't wish this job on anybody. The pension we get compared to UPS is a joke.
