Pros

YOU MUST go into the office everyday

Cons

Its easy but damn they make it hard, management in this region are not too bright, scratch that, it's nation wide. Just started in another industry, same pay and itll scale much faster, but i sit my butt at home not having to deal with a bunch of regards and f-ups. Just had to learn some actually useful skills besides bullying adults

Incompetence

Pros

You meet nice caring customers from time to time.

Cons

Management is incompetent and they give management positions to the most unprofessional, unqualified individuals. The culture of the post office has really changed over the years for the worse. They are very cliquish, petty and vengeful.
