They mislead about the location. I applied to Gulf Breeze post office. In the interview they did mention split shifts and 6 days a week but only Gulf Breeze . BUT THATS NOT THE ISSUE! After 3 days I was told to do split shifts in Navarre, FL. My home was 6 miles from Gulf Breeze location the one in Navarre was 42 miles one way. They expected me to do split shifts there 4 hrs in the morning then come back 5 hrs later to do another 3 or 4. That's 168 miles a day no compensation for mileage, time on road or wear and tear on vehicle. 168 MILES total for each day. They EXPECTED ME to do it 6 days a week , every week. 0 professionalism by the postmaster of Gulf Breeze. Absolutely mislead and wasted my time and his.

The company says they're hiring but they are not they are intentionally short staff trying to get mail handlers to do PSC jobs while PSC jobs do mean handle jobs which is not supposed to be. Which means that you are working two persons job just for them to save money and their intentionally cutting your hours so you're really overworked and close to being out of money all the time working paycheck to paycheck because they want the higher heads to get the money by squeezing the smaller person beneath. The union do come in but when they do they pretty much have us act like everything is normal and when they leave it goes back to the same thing and nothing is done so it is a waste
