Pros

The pros are you get to travel & the people who work there. Also the families & clients you work with

Cons

Where do I start.: the way they run their company, their values & morals, hidden agendas, they way they use & abuse their employees/interns... oh and Aaron Ingram

Pros

There are very good people there trying to good work despite the poor leadership.

Cons

Direction is always changing. Leadership is only in it for the money, all of the safety talk is window dressing so they can stay in the good graces of the NFL. Too many personal agendas, no focus on the greater good.

Pros

Ability to take on responsibilities and generate ideas outside your normal job function. Flexibility to work remote when necessary. Great group of people to work with who have excellent ideas and a wide experience on life.

Cons

Non-Profit. If you come from the for-profit world you will need to retrain yourself to think as a non-profit.
