I've met some close friends here, and I got the opportunity to travel a lot.

Cons

USA Football will throw you under the bus to meet their bottom line. They have a high turn over rate, hire toxic management that push people away, and don't care about the people that are turned over because they're seeing "results". They don't care about developing you, and will erode your confidence into nothing. Only consider working here if its only a short stop in your journey. The pay is also very very poor.

CEO is a puppet for the NFL. Direction is set by the last person to get the CFO's ear. Very wishy washy and frankly not very bright. Pretty boy in a stuffed shirt.
