Pros

They give you a paycheck and you can pay your bills as long as you have a job . . . Seriously. I realize I worked there during a time of transition, but I honestly cannot think of any positive changes seen from an employee perspective. Sorry.

Cons

Extremely bad health insurance--if you get sick, you may well go bankrupt even with their insurance. Low pay. Management keeps you constantly in the dark about what's going on. High expectations & responsibilities, especially in light of the low pay. (I was a newscast director, had been working in t.v. for almost 20 years, and was making only $12.40/hr. when I left.)

Pros

Relaxed work attire, low stress during off-peak hours, friendly co-workers, can listen to music Overall, it was decent. I got what I needed it from it, even though they pulled the rug out from under me and I ended up stuck in a terrible position within the design department. This would be an okay FIRST time job for a student fresh from college, however I strongly recommend you look elsewhere if you have the experience.

Cons

Management is out of touch with employees, TERRIBLE morale and NO INCENTIVE. If you go in, push the button, and work... It's fine. Tune everyone out, and it goes by fast. After a few years, you will want to strangle yourself with the mouse cord or shove the keyboard into your skull to make the customers and management stop. Customers will submit complete and utter trash and you are expected to make something amazing in less than an hour so you meet your quota. Do not get attached to anyone since it is pretty much every week someone puts their two weeks notice in to move along to greener pastures.

Pros

Nice building. Real nice cafeteria.

Cons

Where can I begin? The people. The atmosphere. The holier than thou attitude. Supervisors who hired friends and promoted them over experienced individuals who were expected to train the incompetent. It was a hell hole and I'm glad I climbed out before they started laying people off every six months. They care more about the bottom line than anything else. I' wouldn't even give it a star but this system won't let me.
