Pros
-Overall a nice group of hard working professionals -Free lunches every other week along with free vending snacks/coffee -Direct access to the CEO who welcomes feedback and your comments at will -Office is located in nice suburban area with easy access to highways, restaurants, retail, etc. -Decent pay and benefits
Cons
-Was promised stock options but never received -Upper management plays favorites to longer tenured employees and is based more on personal friendships rather than professional ones. -Lots of sales team turnover -Many important decisions are made last minute from the top which trickles down to make everyone scramble at the last minute -Company always seems to be in crisis mode with an "All Hands on Deck" approach -Too much attention and dependence on only "hitting the numbers" -Customer service overall is average at best -Many staff members are forced to work nights, weekends, and even holidays with no extra pay when the company struggles -Work/life balance seemed to go out the window more recently -More than 1 occasion of a disgruntled employee causing incidents that caused current employees to be warned about their general safety -Lots of internal and unnecessary office politics -Many internal processes are flawed causing customer frustration and reason to terminate contracts -Paycheck errors on multiple occasions -Vendors are paid late
