Good company, but slow moving

Pros

Great benefits like amazing 401k match, good yearly bonus, good medical insurance, and good support of their employees

Cons

Salary is low because of the focus on benefits. From a tech perspective, it's a slow moving financial behemoth. It takes forever to get anything done. The administrative overhead is unreal, so from a tech perspective actually doing technical work is a small portion of the job. The focus now is on compliance, so it really is pulling teeth to get anything done.
