Okay to a point but could be so much better.

Serving the great military. Great benefits and facilities.

Cons

Overworked and long hours at the bank. As a manager no work life balance and as salary no overtime. Not managed well at mid level. Directors and Executive Director are in cya mode and do not support Managers at all. Executive Director only promotes one certain minority demographic. Employees have free reign almost due to U-count survey.
