      Great until it wasnt

      Pros

      training is top tier. 5 months of training before even speaking to a customer. it was very well planned via zoom and fun to say the least.

      Cons

      nonstop calls, back to back, not being able to answer the phone yourself. micromanagement . they track and nit pick at anything you do or say.

      100% tuition reimbursement All other benefits are similar to most competitors

      Cons

      No tuition repayment assistance No work/life balance No diversity (not lgbt friendly) Managers with no experience who only got their job due to Military experience or sleeping around. Very limited career paths High competition for any job that does not require back to back calls Bonus, shift-premium, & yearly salary increases cut. Company has lost sight of mission & integrity!
