Pros

The facilities are generally nice, clean and updated for the most part. The yearly bonus is a nice touch if delivered.

Cons

You will be working at an insurance company, which means you will be working with outdated technology / architecture, processes and tools. You can say you are a technology company until you are blue in the face, but that does not make it so. If your desire is to stay relevant and marketable in the industry this is not a place to land. This is a company you want to end your career due to their 401k perks.

Pros

Excellent benefits. Great healthcare plan, free licensing, free tuition for any degree, free gym with group classes, volunteer opportunities within the community, cafeteria, flexible hours, opportunity to work from home. Quick advancement. Relaxed dress code, walk in clinic in most offices.

Cons

The company pretends it's not a call center or sales environment. There are constant changes and when you mention you have a problem with leadership or processes then they hyper focus on the area not to make it better but instead try to beat the issue until you eventually drop it or drink the kool-aid. Frequent IT problems that affect individual benchmarks like adherence.

Pros

Great benefits and large campus

Cons

Micromanaged, slow progression and everyone gets the same percentage bonus. If your on the sale side there is not a lot of incentive for you to push hard but management sets high goals. Your the tip of the spear but comped just like someone who answers emails all day
