Pros

Great matching 401k: match dollar dollar up to 8 percent of your salary.

Cons

The workload is unreal. They want you to take new claims AND handle existing claims in between calls which is never.

Pros

None, please beware! They have great benefits but be prepared to be overworked and under looked

Cons

Everything is bad, but the pay and benefits are good.

Pros

401k match, Education Assistance and campus facilities

Cons

With as many as 75% of phone reps being contract vendors in remote locations, USAA has lost the best thing they had going for them....quality employees. Managers are required to micro manage to please their directors for the purpose of numbers. Pricing now longer competitive and embarrassing to try to argue when retaining policies.
