Back to back incoming calls. No time to work on your own files. The required metrics reflect a file ownership environment but with the back to back calls, the metrics should reflect a team environment. The open adherence requirement needs to go if they expect us to meet the other metrics.You can only meet the metrics if you are “on” all the time. This is impossible and exhausting. Now they have given us the responsibility of handling our own total loss claims with NO pay increase. All the members do is cry and complain, one call after another. All the managers do is listen to your calls and watch your every move. Promotions are based on politics. So are special projects and schedule preferences.

The company has shifted from being member focused to metric driven. They are reactionary instead of proactive. ALL of the technology is woefully out of date and they've truly lost sight of their mission
