      Pros

      Really not sure of any other than location and free gym. If you are in the under 26 millennial crowd, or a gay/bi/lesbian or TS/TG then this is the career for you. They will cater to your every need. Blue hair, pink hair, rainbow hair you will have promotions galore.

      Cons

      Overwork, underpay just to give you a bonus that’s dwindling year after year. Even with the bonus, salary is still less than comparable positions in the area. Management promotes who they want, no reason or experience needed. Processes are horrible. Push life insurance way tok much

      Pros

      Good benefits. Calls centers with good amenities. Tuition reimbursement. Annual bonus is nice. Healthy points for discounts on healthcare premiums.

      Cons

      Middle managers lack people skills. Micromanaging culture. Constant heavy pressure to sell other services. Not enough individual development. Management is for numbers not results. Mental midgets constantly monitoring phone calls to catch you making a mistake. No positive reinforcement.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Some great employees. Nice facilities. I liked the gym with the opportunity to wear their clothes and they wash them.

      Cons

      Management is not open to ideas from employees below them and that was very stifling. Military does not mean no creativity. I am from a military family. This needs to change.
