Pros

It could be a great job with decent compensation and benefits for an advisor who isn't very bright or doesn't care about clients. You'll get to meet some very impressive people amongst clients and colleagues alike.

Cons

The wealth management division is run by Bank of America alumni who are turning a once great company into BOA. Their transactional business model is completely obsolete and forces advisors to push lousy products on clients who deserve so much better.

Pros

Wonderful benefits, company is top notch in that area. Customer Service is stellar. Best company as far as Call Centers go.

Cons

-New schedule is to work every Saturday. -Strict daily schedule/breaks/lunches timed and monitored. -Everything is intensely monitored and there is high pressure to perform call after call.
