Pros

Great benefits. Great core values. Wonderful members! Great company to work for.

Cons

Call center environment with unrealistic expectations for workload management. Phone calls are back to back with no down time to complete work on complicated files. Scheduling IS NOT flexible at all. If you ask 6 managers the same question regarding coverage, you will likely get 6 different answers.

Pros

Nothing anymore. Downhill due to managers that only care about their own career progression. Your breaks are timed and if you need an extra restroom break, you are threatened with having to use PTO if more than 7 minutes.

Cons

It isn't about the members anymore, its about your numbers. Whether or not you helped the member is irrelevant, its about if you issued a new product to them. The employees do whats best for themselves due to fear of loosing their job. Anything to boost their stats.

Pros

They had good benefits and the bonuses are ok.

Cons

Everything else about the company is pretty bad. The technology is not good. The managers and directors aren't any good. Your opinions don't matter. They don't know what they're doing. The pay is pretty bad, but I didn't know how little I was paid until I started looking around. I had one good manager once, who promoted me twice, but that didn't even get me to $50,000. They start all their processors off at $38,000, if your lucky. The underwriters and closers aren't paid good either. My friends in closing only make $35,000 and underwriters are only paid $55-60,000. They don't get any signing authority either. They don't promote any body from the site. They just bring more of them people in from San Antonio. I'd tell anyone not to work at this place, and I'm not a mad employee. Apply, visit and find out for yours self.
