Pros

new technology free food comfortable workplace nap rooms

Cons

The health insurance is a pain, I've never dealt with a more frustrating situation when it comes to meeting deductibles. There is absolutely no training, so if you don't know anything about insurance you will not succeed. In order to get promoted you have to get "referrals" which is the equivalent of going to your favorite retail store and upon check out they ask you if you want to save 10% and sign up for a credit card. There's nothing like calling from the scene of an accident and trying to sell them life insurance.

Pros

GREAT benefits health /401k match 8%/ tuition reimbursement / bonus for holidays and end of the year performance

Cons

It's a call center. You must adhere to a strict schedule so limited time to network or make friends and no chance at getting promoted to the area you want to grow with company. Strict means two 20 min breaks and a 35 min lunch for 8-10 hour shift. The rest of the time it's back to back phone calls to barely drink water.

Pros

Decent wages; professional, yet relaxed environment. On-site cafés and shop. Covered parking. Gym. Flexible working hours once you have put in time.

Cons

Company has bitten off more than they can chew. They have taken on a larger segment of the marketplace thru increased advertising and are now extremely understaffed to handle all the continuous, back-to-back calls. They say they are going to continue hiring, but with high turnover from burnt out employees, they will just keep spinning their wheels.
