Pros

Good benefits, not commission based.

Cons

Poorly managed. Middle management is full of yes men who don’t listen to front line feedback.

Pros

Benefits, time off, 401k, financial advising

Cons

Horrible environment for auto claims, expectations are extremely difficult to meet. Adjusters expected to be experts in too many areas/states/topics. Bonus held over your head if you don’t meet metrics. Sad environment and management does not seem to care. Employee experience is not important anymore.

Pros

Good pay, decent health coverage

Cons

If you don't speak the language "they" deem, you get written up. They listen in on your phone calls even "AFTER" the call is terminated. There are no warnings when they want you gone, you are just gone.
