Pros

- Some of the best benefits in the business.

Cons

- Toxic Culture - Lack of Advancement Opportunities - Favoritism for Promotions - Unattainable goals - Broken systems and processes - Understaffed for the 10 years I was there - Broken promises to frontline - Harsh accountability leading to constant fear - Lack of company direction and ideas - Employees are viewed as disposable. On to the next one. - Rushed training - They are call center first. This means the phones always come first and your assigned claims come second. You may not call out until the phone stops ringing. This results in neglected claims and LOTS of complaints. You will field complaints all day on files that are not your own. - Hyper focus on performance management with no mercy for missing goals
