Pros

Great benefits and yearly bonuses, but that's really it.

Cons

Stressed out daily. The company states they focus on members but at the end of the day it comes down to your sales numbers. I personally had one of the highest numbers on my team but i was stressed out to the max, as well as anxiety ridden daily. It doesn't matter how great you focus on customer service, if your sales numbers aren't the highest then you will be overlooked for positions as well as have to deal with micro managing from stressed out unprofessional managers who gossip within one another and at times can be very unprofessional and lack team support.

Pros

I couldn’t think of one pro about this job.

Cons

This was the worse company I have ever worked for. Prior to starting with Usaa I was a claims adjuster for GEICO. We had heard such great things about usaa and it was getting to be known as the place to go. When I moved to Phoenix and was given the piper
