Beware of diversity problems

Pros

Great work life balance and great pay. The people and culture are nice and there are plenty of opportunities to move around. Good place to learn and grow as a college graduate.

Cons

95% of all senior leadership is caucasian. If you are not a white male, female, or have military office background then find another company. The diversity and inclusion is lip service. You can look at their org structure on LinkedIn at management to senior levels and clearly see it as well.

Slow and Inefficient

Pros

Great benefits and pay - especially at entry level and more junior professional positions.

Cons

Total compensation for Senior Professional positions is not competitive. Many roles "cap out" in pay growth opportunity and do not offer long term compensation programs unless you are an Executive. Culture does not embrace new ways of thinking or doing. Strategies are unclear, constantly changing or not articulated well. This a culture that does not hold people accountable for performance and results. It is "nice" but not efficient and results oriented.

Pros

Leadership listens to employee concerns. Ample overtime if you neee extra money. Bonus Nice Gym on campus Great co-workers

Cons

Pay Health insurance isn't great Every job is pretty much like working in a call center. Don't have time to properly investigate claims. They would rather pay than get a social media complaint. They use your FMLA against you. Hard to advance.
