Pros

The benefits are amazing and the vacation time is easy to get.

Cons

Get yelled at, it’s not a sales based job but you get talked to and write ups for not selling enough policies. You have to tolerate being belittled by members

Overworked and underpaid and they keep adding g more job duties with no additional pay plus low yearly wage increase that does not keep up with workload or economy
