Pros

Flexible benefit package with options to opt in or out of many different things such as adding more pto days (you pay per pay check), pet insurance, education assistance for dependents, attorney help and more

Cons

The contact center is the same as being in high school. Many people in everyone’s business. An overall rumor mill. Bonus has gone down every year I worked there. Benefits changed from Aetna to Cigna. Didn’t effect me but it effected many others in a negative way. Don’t expect to be heard even though they will tell you your voice is important.
