Pros

Pay is competitive. Benefits are good. Good Education Benefits

Cons

No time to properly respond to Members and handle your claims. With the increase in membership, it appears that management was not ready. Cross selling products and being available for back to back calls has been the focus. No more time for being able to fully Go Beyond for the membership

Pros

Great benefits Nice Christmas Bonus Beautiful Facility with nice cafeteria and Starbucks Company that really cares about its members and employees

Cons

Low pay High expectations of sales, even though they say that you are not judged on sales numbers Difficult to plan anything after work since you get calls up until time you are scheduled to get off Very strict scheduling - your lunch and breaks are all assigned to you and if you have to go to bathroom in between your "phone effectiveness" is lowered and you get coaching
