Pros

Base pay is good. Benefits are good. Schedule can be good once you have adequate time under your belt.

Cons

No commission - paid poorly compared to the rest of the industry. Atmosphere was great for the first few months, but terrible management and policies can make or break you. Days are very long if working 10 hour shifts, and it's constant work the entire time.

Pros

- PTO is good - Employees and Managers are wonderful

Cons

- If you work a 10 hour day, you feel like you have no life - the bonuses are cut and based on your score card.
