Pros

USAA offers amazing benefits that are available to you on day one. PTO is also available day one however you can’t use it until your out of training. I’m grateful for the experience and knowledge gained from working here.

Cons

This job is mentally draining. There is a huge focus on sales and they don’t have the cheapest products so it is challenging. You don’t get a lot of time off the phone so if you’re looking for a relaxed job this isn’t it.
