They treat their employees just as good as they treat the members. I am forever greatful for the opportunity to work beside a great company with tons of growth.

Everything! I have never worked at a company where your leaders wanted to know every single second where you are and what you’re doing. They are so micro manage!!! They all drink the kool aid and talk about how wonderful it is but its far from that! They make you get license so you can service policies and tell you are an insurance agent but you are limited on what you can do and talk about, maybe thats why they pay minimum wage. Even though you’re license you are getting paid crap! Every single day in this role was miserable!!!
